Lauerman House Inn is a charming and historic boutique bed and breakfast in a gorgeous area of Wisconsin. This beautiful old home is lovingly maintained, featuring spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms furnished in period style, some with bay windows, balconies, or lovely seating areas. Guests describe it as a wonderful and accidental find. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and truly wonderful. A delicious, very good breakfast is served, such as a strata, pastry, and fruit. The inn includes a self-service hotel bar, though some note the drink prices are high and selection limited. The lower level has lovely common rooms that capture the heart. Some inconveniences are noted due to the historic nature of the building, such as awkward bathroom space and a lack of luggage racks. The railway passes very close by, which can cause nighttime noise. Overall, it is a highly recommended place for a one-night or more lengthy stay, perfect for exploring the area, and guests express eagerness to return.
Absolutely love this place! 2nd time there! We had the balcony room, and it was awesome! The owner and Michael are truly wonderful hosts and the breakfast was delicious! Very clean and kept up well. Can't wait to go again!

What a great find! Such a beautiful home and comfortable rooms. We got in late and felt a little like we had been handed the keys to a museum after hours! It was SO fun to explore and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. We'd love to come back and we'll likely check out the sister hotel as well.
