“I wish there was a way to comment to all the people complaining about pharmacy. I'm not an employee of Walgreens, however; I am a pharmacy tech . It's clear to me that anyone questioning phone policies has zero knowledge what happens in a fast paced work environment, where accuracy is not only expected but essential . We are NOT here to answer phones all day ... Doctors have a provider number that they call when needed; it's NOT the same number customers use , WHY ??? Because customers call for many strange reasons; DAILY !! You are important.... But so are the other 1000 people we help weekly . Do you think we like Covid ?! We Don't !' It's increased the amount of Daily duties we already had x10 . BTW .,,. No one wants to work , I'm sure your pharmacy needs help and is probably working short staffed ( just trying to fill the 100's of prescriptions daily ). So YA ... phone services SUCKS. . Apply for the job”
