“Amazing place and an amazing staff. I always felt welcomed and had every question answered that they could on their end. I didn't have my car and couldn't drive until I fully recovered so they did a little shopping for me. Love them! I miss them already, hope to visit someday soon.”

“Been consistently attending AM classes for about 6 months now and everyday I am greeted when I enter and when I leave the facility.
It’s extremely clean and lively in the mornings. (I have the 24/7 access but have yet to use it so can’t speak on that.) Everyone is friendly and cheerful.
Some of the classes fill up very quickly so using the app to stay ahead of the schedules and booking a week ahead of time has been helpful.
I’ve heard that child watch fills up quickly as well and if you apply to work part time there then you can get a Y membership so that’s a neat plus.
Wish there was more Yoga options for intermediate/advanced practice and times that work for my AM schedule but most of the yoga I’ve done here is very gentle.
The pool is always full for adult classes so those must be a hit.
Obsessed with the MX4 classes - sort of a group CrossFit type class with a structured rotation of workouts and the instructors are very nice and great at helping with adjustments and substitutions if you have injuries or need less intensity, etc.
Molly the bike instructor has been so helpful while I’m learning the ins and outs of cycling and always is encouraging in class for all levels.
Family locker rooms and showers are very nice.. new shower heads are needed but they’re awesome otherwise.
My ONLY major criticism is that the woman’s locker room realllly needs some attention. The floors are carpeted and stained with all sorts of stuff and there is not much privacy in the main area. The shower stalls are just curtains as well and again need new shower heads. Very old school in there. Bathrooms and sauna are great though. 😊”
