Harbor Freight Tools is a beautiful new store in the old mall that is well kept and tidy. The clerks are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Staff members go above and beyond with service and discussing products, answering questions and showing differences between deals to get customers savings. The great staff makes for a refreshing experience as a shopper. Customers report they would make a point to go to this store over a local one for the excellent customer service and are glad they stopped in.
