“Truly a great hardware store. What they may fall short on in inventory, they more than make up for in customer service!! Very hospitable, and working to help you find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
“I came in looking for a circular saw. Bryan was there, and took us directly to the item. Showed us the differences between some deals. He answered some questions we had. Connor checked us out and got us some more savings. Both were professional and very helpful. It made my day! I'm glad I decided to stop in and look before buying online.”
“I went to Menards to get some moving supplies. They had a better deal on pallet wrap and one readily available. I thought it would be easier to do an order pickup so I didn't have to waste time trying to find it in the store. Online seemed pretty quick and streamlined. I even called just to be sure and ask the process and possible timing (seeing as it was my first time) The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very kind, courteous and helpful and was able to answer my questions. -Thank you!- The young lady that helped me in the back was also very friendly and kind she did her job well. Also, the young lady at the checkouts. They all made my time crunch of a day seem better. Side note: What I didn't know.. where I would get the item from. I thought maybe up front by the service counter. I walked in and did see a sign that said order pickup/pickup and was pointing towards the back behind lighting (down that way). I wasn't completely sure since it was the first time ordering something for pickup and asked the service desk anyway to make sure. The service desk workers were very friendly and smiley. I let them know it was only for one small item. They directed me to go over to the building desk. I took me a little bit and I had to ask a couple people on the way because I wasn't quite sure where the building desk was either and it wasn't easy to find if you didn't know where to look. The building desk was actually in the far back Right corner of the store (opposite corner of the entrance I came in). The area there was clearly labeled for store pick-up but, I guess if you didn't know.. (like myself, it would've been hard to find) I'm assuming the sign I saw near the front left entrance I came in.. would've looped you around to the far opposite corner of the store.) I'm not entirely sure if you came in the store at any other entrance that you would see a sign directing you there for order pick-up but, to be honest I was in a hurry so maybe I didn't see other signs. So I apologize if I'm mistaken. It just felt very confusing for the first time trying to find something I thought would be quick and easy. Get in and get out. For this particular trip and single item pickup.. it may have been much faster trying to find the item and checking out (if it were near the front of the store than trying to find the order pickup area being at the furthest back part of the store. I don't know. I do appreciate that you offer this service and now I will know where to go next time. Which, will be easier! Thank you”
