Abysmal. The new girl didn't transfer my number and the guy with her, Bert, was even less than helpful. When he wasn't belittling her he was talking to literally anyone else to avoid us. At least she tried.This cost me a lot of extra money. Just go to any of the other wireless stores. AT&T is literally in sight of the store.

Hire some good employees. I asked some young guy were something was the other day and he said he was busy. BS!!!!!! You need to hire new employees that are willing to help their customers instead of pointing fingers and not showing you where things are at.
