“Rich is a quality person who can be trusted. My wife and I were on a road trip from minneapolis to Bayfield, WI (3 hours away from home), when our car broke down on highway 2. We found Rich's shop online, luckily very close by, and we drove into Rich's yard hoping he could hopefully help us in our time of stress and need.Rich paused a project he was in the middle of to help us out. He took a look at our car for us, and gave us some pointers on what may be wrong with our car. He also generously let us sit in his lot for multiple hours while we waited for a tow. All this he did free of charge, out of the goodness of his heart, as, in his words, "it is what he would hope someone would do for him if he was in our situation" We didn't purchase anything from him, but we felt very taken care of by Rich. Rich has good values, and he can be trusted.”
