“Buckle up, it’s a long story.. one day I decided that I want to buy a little tractor after dreaming about since I was a little boy. I stopped at a dealership local to me and seen one that bought my eye. Sole with a sales man that told me “yeah man we can have this ready to pick up by the end of this week” (it needed some assembly…). Well the guy kept lying to me for 4 weeks straight and same story every time. The last time I stopped at that place he said he’d have an update for me by end of the week. He never called me once in the 4 weeks. So I went looking elsewhere and found Lulich implement. I got on the phone with Bob and right away he treaded me as a dealership should treat a customer! This was Friday I found these guys and told them I want it. Next day I drove there and picked it up. When I came I felt like they rolled out a red carpet just for me! Showed me around the huge property and offered free beverages and candy lol. After years of buying things and dealing with salespeople Bob was the first to ever make me feel good about spending thousands of dollars on something. It’s been almost a month since I purchased my tractor and I can honestly say that they value their customer service and reputation. They answered all of my many questions, helped me with ordering attachments and delivered on every promise they made! That’s apparently very hard to come by these days. Even tho I drove 4 hours one way to this dealership, I can say without a doubt that when I’m ready to buy my next tractor I’m making the long trip to buy from them!”
