After experiencing years of multiple health issues, we discovered we were unknowingly living in toxic mold for 2+ years. Unfortunately, that means the toxins were also cross-contaminated into our vehicles. Gas, prepared hot and cold food like sandwiches, burritos, egg rolls, hot dogs and pizzas for a quick bite when you're hungry, oil and car products, hot and cold drinks, lottery, pet food and snacks, batteries, prepaid credit cards, you name it”

“I had some chicken tenders earlier today, and the ones I had today were the best I've had from any Kwik Trip store. The breading was crunchy, the meat was juicy, the portion I received in the box was HUGE, and the store was neat and tidy.
I know Kwik Trip and Kwik Star are known for the chicken with the serious rizz, but these ones had an exceptional amount of rizz. I may stop here instead of the store in Sun Prairie, I'm that impressed.”

“They encourage you to do custom orders online, but their online order options do not accept special requests. Can't order adjusted hot foods online, and in person they always make the mistake of adding cheese, which I can't eat. It would just be nice to have a few sandwiches pre-made without cheese for those of us with food allergies since we don't all have time to wait for orders to be re-made.”

So if we can make it happen and be able we'll get the tickets and the other half of the day after we arrive and get the oil change in a big city of Madison and then we could go back and forth with him and his wife to get this done”
“Very very different than most Kwik Trips but I have a feeling that's a feature not a bug. One of, if not, the most efficient Kwik Trip I've been to (that's a lot).Also, they love to sell discount doughnuts. Kids can't tell they are slightly stale.”

“Great car wash, but most importantly, excellent customer service. I’ve been going to the car wash for years with no complaints. Today, through an error on my own part, I caused the system to reset for that car wash bay before I was able to get my car wash. This was in no way the fault of the owner of the car wash. Yet, when I contacted them, they promptly and cheerfully refunded my money. I wish every business was like this. Great people. I highly recommend.”

“We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.”

They're fast enough, typically taking 90 to 120 minutes for the total job and with two or three people at a time working on things, a lot of hard work and an entire day worth of man hours go into the detailing. I was so worried about putting my car in the wash the first time but Tom and his staff just told me what to do with my car and the wash does the rest! “Great undercarriage wash from the top package for getting off winter salt. But FYI that it doesn’t pull you forward on tracks. so drive slow entering & exiting to make sure you get your full hosing down & dry off. And FYI that the robot arm only does one side of your car at a time. But don’t worry! they’ll get the whole thing eventually :) still some water left on my car, but I’m not picky about water spots.”
