“Great car wash, but most importantly, excellent customer service. I’ve been going to the car wash for years with no complaints. Today, through an error on my own part, I caused the system to reset for that car wash bay before I was able to get my car wash. This was in no way the fault of the owner of the car wash. Yet, when I contacted them, they promptly and cheerfully refunded my money. I wish every business was like this. Great people. I highly recommend.”

While waiting for my car, I took a long walk in the nearby nature preserve. There's also a restaurant next-door. So, even though they have a waiting room, and a picnic table right outside, there are enjoyable ways to pass the time.”

The facility is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and you can tell the owners truly care about constantly improving the customer experience. The wash itself does an amazing job — my vehicle always comes out spotless without leftover residue or missed areas like I’ve experienced at other automatic car washes. The vacuums, wash equipment, and overall property are consistently kept in top condition, which honestly makes a huge difference.

“I have stopped here randomly throughout the years I've lived in Madison. I've usually had a positive experience. You just have to be careful with their gas pumps because sometimes they leaked a little bit of gas when you pull them out of your gas tank. No complaints other than that, great place to stop for snacks and drinks.”

“I was on a roadtrip and was driving through the upper peninsula at night and my car got absolutely demolished with bugs. The gentleman working there said “I got you” and worked extra hard to make sure it got clean. Thank you!!”
“We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.”

“Vanlife traveler here! My first time visiting this type of kwik trip (I’m used to quick trip in the southwest) and I have to say this is the most versatile gas station I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve been in the road 5 years, Ive been to gas stations in more states than I have fingers and toes and though it’s not a buccees or a huge truck stop I felt happier with the the options here than at most places.
Tons of fresh food options, and the most diverse coffee station I’ve seen. A machine where I can get specific espresso shots/latte/machioto!!! They had hot soup, topping bar, I mean I wanted to get everything. Practical options everywhere.
Also, the air pump was the FASTEST of any gas station! I mean triple the time I’m used to. And the gas station design itself is so cute, it reminds me of the cars movie.

“I go here every Wednesday. They have a promotion that is like $2 off regular prices. It's very quiet and low key. The vacuums are kind of hit or miss. I mean they work but sometimes suction isn't the best. This place offers several different types of washes. You can do a wash by hand with a power washer or a touch free wash or a wash that isn't touch free. I love this place it's a hidden gem.”
“Great undercarriage wash from the top package for getting off winter salt. But FYI that it doesn’t pull you forward on tracks. so drive slow entering & exiting to make sure you get your full hosing down & dry off. And FYI that the robot arm only does one side of your car at a time. But don’t worry! they’ll get the whole thing eventually :) still some water left on my car, but I’m not picky about water spots.”
“I was there tonight around 5 p.m. it was busy but the employee named Damion who was the outdoor cashier had wonderful customer service. He was friendly and very helpful and energetic. Also Kevin who assisted in drying my car was very friendly as well.”
