“TBT is more than a gym. It is a community. And community is so important to help keep people motivated and engaged. I am so thankful for the tremendous people I met at TBT and who continue to encourage and support me. My main goal for going to the gym is continued mobility and strength as I age. I am a big girl and going to a gym can be intimidating for those of us who have more body to move. I have never felt intimated or unwelcome and instead, have found an amazing group of people who simply support one another. Further, the trainers recognize a wide range of abilities and provide modifications and leveled moves to meet the needs of everyone. And…it’s fun! The classes are enjoyable and the camaraderie makes it so much easier to ‘get it done’. After several years of primarily doing Boot Camp classes, I currently do Semi Private Training. It’s been a great switch for me, a way to really hone in on my own goals and focus primarily on mobility, strength and flexibility. The program is targeted and individualized and I have a coach readily available to answer questions, tweak moves and, most importantly, push me. Brittany and Joe are knowledgeable in the physiology of the body but also really ‘know me’ and know when and how to push. It has been a good move for my health, both physical and mental. As owners of a health based business, Brittany and Joe have a vision and mission to provide excellent classes, nutrition and other coaching and a solid and welcoming environment. This is more than a gym! You should check it out.”

“Excellent Fight Gym in the Madison, Wisconsin area. High level instructors for Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. They also disaggregate all of the martial arts, as opposed to having "Striking/Kickboxing Class" or "Grappling Class" as in other gyms (such as the ones in Milwaukee.) Just a couple of caveats-1) The Muay Thai offered here is more of a traditional Muay Thai foundation, not Dutch Style Muay Thai/Kickboxing.2) They do NOT offer Gi jiu jitsu if you are interested in that. That said, if you are a beginner, I would tread carefully. I came in with multiple years of experience and I still got my butt beat multiple times. There are high level pros in this gym with multiple Bellator fighters, there will be a learning curve even if you have experience.Troy's Tuesday/Friday Muay Thai, Julio's Monday Boxing, Theresa's Wednesday/Friday Muay Thai and Chad's Thursday Wrestling are the most friendly classes for beginners.Overall, great place and a hidden gem in the Madison area, that said, tread with caution if you are a beginner. Amateur or Pro fighters should definitely check this place out, if for no other reason than it offering traditional muay thai.”

“I don't do a lot of reviewing but had to jump in to give my personal trainer AJ Conrad a shout out. His expertise and focus helped me clear a multi-year plateau and achieve my 5k goal. Contact him at McFarland or Monona xPress locations. Pricing is reasonable, especially considering outcomes.”
