“Does anyone know how to clear the Octane ellipticals? I really like these machines but the ones at Monona continually switch programs on me. It seems like it occurs at 2 minute intervals. Thank you?”

“This place is always clean, despite a constant stream of people, and the staff is actually interested in you and how you're doing. Good people and an awesome gym.”

“I am one of the several females who do jiu jitsu here. The classes are VERY safety-focused and they ease you in as gradually as possible. Whether you want to just roll in class, want to compete, or want to further your training, everyone is treated with respect and patience. I mostly roll with guys and they tend to be helpful and considerate. There is a fun “team” atmosphere and Mark, Sonya, and Mike really know how to teach well. Also the price is reasonable for what is offered. I know people from Beloit and the Dells that drive just to train here. It’s an awesome gym, and I feel like I “belong”.”

The small group classes are great and fun. It's definitely worth the money and time.”

“I don't do a lot of reviewing but had to jump in to give my personal trainer AJ Conrad a shout out. His expertise and focus helped me clear a multi-year plateau and achieve my 5k goal. Contact him at McFarland or Monona xPress locations. Pricing is reasonable, especially considering outcomes.”

“I was in town visiting, so I stopped in with my brother who trains here. I didn't participate, but the morning class appeared to be structured well, there was great interaction between the members, and everyone was friendly. Its a smaller facility, but that gives it a more intimste training atmosphere.”

“Ever since I joined in September I have been HOOKED! I have seen positive results both physically and mentally. The atmosphere and positive energy is unlike any other gym I have been to. The trainers push you to do your best and give it your all- what a trainer should do! They ensure proper form and work with you to execute moves correctly. Members are genuinely happy to be there and get some “me” time in- I know I LOVE it! My 2 kiddos get so excited when they know mommy is taking them to workout so they can play with the other Burn kiddos! Literally we pull up to the building and they are squealing with happiness! Love the location. Love the people. Love the vibe! Highly recommend checking Sunny P out!”

“Discovering this family family-owned-and-operated gym has been a game-changer for me. Owners and trainers, Becky and Dale, treat you like family from day one. They take the time to understand your unique goals and concerns, creating a personalized fitness plan that goes beyond the cookie-cutter approach.Having faced a severe back injury, their support helped me push past self-doubt and focus on building strength tailored to my needs. What sets this gym apart is its commitment to holistic health. Becky and Dale prioritize mental and physical well-being, encouraging a sustainable approach to fitness. Despite moving to another state, I continue virtual sessions with Becky and Dale, showcasing their dedication beyond physical boundaries. I truly look forward to each and every session.Fun fact: I love this gym so much that my husband and I legally tied the knot here before our destination wedding. The ceremony was incredibly special, adding an unforgettable layer to our already cherished gym experience.Grateful for the positive impact they've had on my health journey and my personal life. I cannot wait to see what we continue to accomplish together and am so happy to have joined the a&b family more than 2 years ago.”

“Top notch coaching by JJ, DJ and many others. My son Beau is wrestling with this team this year. He is very new to the sport. They train everyone regardless of skill level. They have an amazing way to teach conditioning, speed, etc however I'm most impressed with their teaching of emotional strength and what it means to be a good sport. Beau loves coming to wrestling practice! Outstanding program!”

“Our Old Boys rugby club has been training here for the past 5 years and at 60, I find that their well-crafted workouts really provide me the springboard I need each year leading into the Spring rugby matches. The staff truly cares about helping each individual meet their fitness goals (be it rugby or any activity). I think the public might think that Crossfit is only for some. But, (like rugby) CrossFit Sanctify welcomes all who want to be better and stay healthy. Our old boys club side, affectionately known as the V.O.M.I.T.s (Veterans, Old Men, Idiots & Twits) chose CrossFit Sanctify for their awesome facility, staff and affordability and will continue to have them keep us staying strong and getting around the rugby pitch like we're 15 yrs younger.”

“Fury is a positive place to learn tumbling and cheer. The coaches are skilled and wonderful teachers who help build confidence and care for their students. The passion for the sport is felt when you enter. Indefinitely recommend taking your child here!! ??????”

“Clean facility. Some of the machines are weird configurations (leg curl is prone instead of seated, thigh inner/outer are the same machine meaning the ergonomics are off). Overall a pretty good deal.”

“Excellent Fight Gym in the Madison, Wisconsin area. High level instructors for Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. They also disaggregate all of the martial arts, as opposed to having "Striking/Kickboxing Class" or "Grappling Class" as in other gyms (such as the ones in Milwaukee.) Just a couple of caveats-1) The Muay Thai offered here is more of a traditional Muay Thai foundation, not Dutch Style Muay Thai/Kickboxing.2) They do NOT offer Gi jiu jitsu if you are interested in that. That said, if you are a beginner, I would tread carefully. I came in with multiple years of experience and I still got my butt beat multiple times. There are high level pros in this gym with multiple Bellator fighters, there will be a learning curve even if you have experience.Troy's Tuesday/Friday Muay Thai, Julio's Monday Boxing, Theresa's Wednesday/Friday Muay Thai and Chad's Thursday Wrestling are the most friendly classes for beginners.Overall, great place and a hidden gem in the Madison area, that said, tread with caution if you are a beginner. Amateur or Pro fighters should definitely check this place out, if for no other reason than it offering traditional muay thai.”

“It's a great club. I am there 3-4x per week. I signup online for all the classes on the Mindbody app. Locally owned/operated family buisness. Great customer service, great variety of classes and they have every type workout machine you could think of. Indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts and indoor track which makes this a year round happy place! Enjoy!!”

“Been to a few CrossFit gyms in the Dane County area and this one is by far the best. They currently use Mayhem programming, have 5 classes a day (m-f and 2 classes Saturday morning, open gym all day Sunday) and allow open gym any time there isn't class (5am-9pm).Coaches are well informed and professional. Ownership is even better. Pete (owner) listens to feedback and is passionate about bettering the gym and it's members. You'll find a wide variety of beginner athletes to competitive athletes. All are extremely welcoming.Lastly, pricing is the best in the area. My wife and I are paying $50 less (than prior CrossFit gyms) to have access to not only the CrossFit gym, but the entire sun prairie athletic club.”

“The workers keep this place clean! Everything is in working order and if something breaks, it is fixed promptly. I also like that there are all ages and abilities respecting each other in this shared space. I do not feel intimidated.”

“Nice place to workout. Lots of cardio equipment (typical for all gyms) but with a fair amount of free weights, resistance machines and area for stretching, core workouts, HIIT training, etc... I will say that it is a bit dark inside. The lighting is dim and lights are few and far between. Plus, it doesn't seem like the moles that dwell there like to open the curtains either, even during nice days. Two other negatives of mine: 1 - they crank the A/C. It's almost as if you're walking into a fridge in warm, summer days. 2 - their radio plays from an alarm clock on the back wall, not very much sound at all if you choose to go without your own music. I will say that some days it seems to be social hour with some of the staff and their buddies around the squat racks and deadlift areas. Just keep your chin high and persevere, my friends! Lol Good place to workout.”
