“I was served by a wonderful young man by the name of Montana today. He helped me enormously and was a polite and respectful employee. I asked if he would fit the windshield wipers for me and he agreed without hesitation. While he was fixing them to my car he asked if I wanted him to replace the headlight bulb I had also purchased. I said it wasn't an easy job but he said it was OK and so I let him try. He fixed it in place with no problem to my amazement because in the past I and others had always found it a long, laborious problem. What a guy! I hope he gets some kind of recognition and perhaps reward for being the kind of employee you always want to encounter but rarely do. I hope he's there the next time I have to visit.”
