“Amazing auto shop! Got stranded on our way up north and Jerry got us in and back on the road asap. Amazing customer service and techs, if I ever need a new transmission I would make the drive back up here (2 hours from my house) just to have them do it. Highly recommend!”
“I would give more stars if I could. I needed another new tail light bulb and blinker bulb. I could only get one of then out. When the young man rung me up, I asked if he could possibly put my new one in and help me get the other one out. Here they weren't put in correctly, which is why they weren't working, and a pain to get out. It took him longer than we thought, because wrong bulbs were in wrong thing. But he helped me he made sure everything was working correctly. And the young man was very kind. He went above and beyond for me. He was a young man with braces at the Neenah location,unfortunately i didn't get his name. I went to advanced auto the other day for the same thing, and they just told me how they didn't help me. So, great customer service!”

“Was referred here by a local wrap shop to paint a front lip spoiler. Walked in without an appointment and was given a quote on the spot and a week turn time on my part. They did a great job on the spoiler and even fixed some imperfections from the mold. Would recommend!”

“Bought a 2021 Silverado and it's amazing!! Tom Brown got me the truck that I wanted in 5 hours. On a Friday and had it here on Tuesday. Put running boards & cover on with paint protection I had it by Thursday. Total time 2 hours.”
“I needed an alternator for my 15 Camry and they had one for 90$ with 70k on it. For starters that was an amazing deal. Everything about my order was great. 2 day shipping and the part installed and worked as it should with no issues. Going forward when I need parts for my Camry I’m checking with nicks first. “Picked up a sway bar from them, picked it out and had them pull it. When they pulled it they noticed it was potentially damaged so they pulled another for me at no charge. Didn’t know about it until I went and picked it up and they let me decide between the two. They even sent me off with some extra parts. Staffing was extremely friendly across the board. These guys really go above and beyond, 5 stars for these gentleman all day long.”

“Kevin picked up my 69 Jaguar E-type today to tow it into the Auto Clinic. Kevin was on time and exceptionally service oriented. He took great care in the way he hoisted the car onto the flatbed and in the way he tied it down. He and his service were outstanding! I would give him a 5 star rating.
