“Been a loyal customer for since I moved to Menasha never had any issues til tonight when the cashier was very rude n didn't ask the customer if they wanted bags assuming I was being rude she kept on going assuming I was being rude I asked her nicely to stop assuming that I'm being rude guess she never heard of customers always right but otherwise great place”

“So i bought this today, a day before the expiration date of the item. I didn’t look because I was in a rush to get home. But I don’t find it acceptable to have products on the floor with mold on them. Everything else I bought from here was good however I was just so sad when I opened this up because I thought kwik trip would be better than this. Crying internally.”

“I was recently the victim of a scam. I was socially engineered and scammed out of $500 and tricked into putting the money on to the scammers card. This was one of the worst days of my life and in the frantic after math I spent the day trying to get my money back. The manager Kim was incredibly held and supportive. He managed to call the merchant and initiate an investigation. In the mean time while I was freezing my cards and filing a police report Kim offered me free coffee and drinks. In the end Kwik Trip was only able to recover $20. While this is far less than the amount stolen I cannot thank enough the amazing team at Kwik trip and especially the manager Kim for their dedication and support.”
“They are running some sort of customer appreciation month. I noticed many special offer yellow tags being put up. Cigars, vape deals, milk, pizza, and even beer on specials. Frito company chips like 2 for $4 and other deals as well. Great prices than competition!”

“Pay at the pump. EZ. Kwik Trips all have similar internal organization plans. Even if the store layout is a little different the logic is the same making it EZ to find things.”
