Kitz and Pfeil in Menasha is my new favorite hardware store. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't know how to proceed. Troy was extremely helpful and when I went back because I couldn't assemble it; he helped without making me feel embarrassed. Almost all Ace Hardware stores are very good. This one is big on Stihl machines.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Always find what we need right up the road. Wish they were open longer!
