“Went to the Greenville Post Office and I was greeted with a smile and how may we help you. I had to pick up some packages from Amazon and all my packages looked in great shape. Happy with the service from Greenville Post Office.”
“I just had an exceptional USPS delivery person bring my package and mail to the door instead of stuffing it in our mailbox across the street. They saw me sitting by the door and handed it to me. They were very friendly yet professional, and quickly continued their route. Since so many of us are quick to post complaints I think we should also post compliments.”
“I just go and drop mail off for work so I don’t have much interaction with staff or anything. However, the one time I did have to interact with someone, she was very rude and blunt. I understand that everyone waits til the last second to bring their mail in but you don’t need to make it anyone else’s problem. It’s usually pretty clean and organized, just wish the employees acted like they liked their jobs once in a while…”
