“Been looking at a vehicle in their lot and decided to go check it out. Right as I walked in, I was greeted right away, and everything was straight to the point. Told them what vehicle I was there to look at and gave them some of my information, and within 5 minutes, I was test-driving the car. Drove the car back, and we proceeded to the next step, which is working with their finance person (Adam).

Now, a bit about my past car-buying experience, is that everything always goes smoothly until it's time to meet with the finance person. They will ALWAYS try to sell you extra add-ons, and if you decline, they will start to get very passive-aggressive. I have had to deal with someone who just completely stops explaining what any of the numbers mean on the contract and tells me to look at the contract by myself, cause everything is right there.

Adam, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Adam goes above and beyond by going over the numbers on his computer monitor and even showing you his monitor, and then goes over the numbers with you again once the contract is printed out. Adam also doesn't try to sell you anything extra (GAP, extended warranty, paint coating). I wish all my prior finance experience were as good as working with Adam.

I have two other older vehicles that will eventually need to be replaced, and I will be coming back to Tri City Auto for my vehicle needs.”
