“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“I recently acquired a 2011 BMW Z4 with a mere 6K miles. It was “semi-neglected” for almost 16 years. I needed someone who could provide all the service that it needed to bring it up to speed. Since this provider is only a block from my house, I decided to stop in and get a feel for what they thought about what I should do, and if I felt they were competent to preform the service necessary. The Z4 is a very quick and agile roadster but it is also quite complex. It takes a skilled and experienced technician to understand how everything works. I didn’t want to take it to a dealership as they are always shockingly high priced. It turns out that they have lots of experience with this type of vehicle and were confident that they could do everything that it needed. And they did! So 3 separate trips to get everything done. Replace all fluids, replace factory tires, replace factory battery. The thing now not only looks like new, but also performs as intended! They definitely have the technicians and mechanics that can handle anything. I’ll keep going back there for all my maintenance needs.”

“I also liked there work,But this last time very disappointed with them I have taken 3 different vehicles there and now I am told they don't have time to work on the vehicle that I needed work on. And charge me that I never should of gotten when you are told they don't have the time”

“Bilco auto body was great! I had my wife's Toyota rav 4 in for a dent and scratch on the tailgate. Bill and his team repaired it and looks like new. Other body shops would have wanted to replace the tailgate. Bill saved me a fortune! He also repaired a rust hole on the bottom of my Toyota 4 runner and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Bilco Auto body. You won't be sorry. They were awsome!”

“I probably came off as some crazy dramatic lunatic stressing about whether my car would be fixed in time for me to get to work the next day but these guys are awesome and were so tolerant of me. Needless to say, they fixed the problem, like they have all the other times and I was able to get my car back in time for work. I have never had a problem here and everyone is so nice. This is the only place I will take my car. Thank you ?”

“I have had my car sitting at a different shop for over a year and they still didn't really know what was wrong with it. I was very sick with cancer and in the hospital a lot so I did not care that he had the car for so long. I'm feeling tons better so in 2 weeks I'm transporting my vehicle to FAST TIMES. Because I spoke to John and the man knows his stuff, he told me flat out here you'll be able to fix my car for me!! Needless to say I am extremely happy and I can't wait to get my car into John's shop so he can do his magic.”

“Well worth the drive. Great service. Great people. Excellent prices. I got my Chevy HHR out of storage in Appleton and drove two hours to get a quote on painting and buffing. They did such an amazing job that I took my Trans AM in for a deep rock chip on the body. Today I picked up my third vehicle.! My old Chevy HHR that had bad clear coat peeling on the front. Now I can sell it! Thanks, Chris and Catlin you and your team are incredible!”

“Would give six stars if I could. I brought my enterprise fleet vehicle here for an oil change, which was done ahead of schedule. And without mentioning it or even asking Firestone to look at it, they completely replaced a broken tail light assembly that my truck had had for months. Truly above and beyond service.”
