“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

I ended up having to call the Menomonee Falls Police Department & a tow truck. Thank You to The Menomonee Falls Police Department, The Police Aid, & Morison Auto Service & Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer for coming to help me out. This was really a upsetting situation. These guys really helped me out. I don't know any of the names of the Officer & the tow truck guys who helped me out but Thank You to all of them. I found out that both of the guys from the tow truck company are both motorcycle riders & they ride Harley Davidson's”

“I went in because I saw a screw in my tire and low tire pressure light was on. Jason took my car in immediately upon arrival. Removed the tire in question, removed the screw and ran it through the dunk test. He immediately determined the screw didn't go all the way through. He reinstalled the tire, properly inflated all 4 tires and had me on my way in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for his time. That's an honest mechanic and will recommend these people highly.”
