Cue Perry and Keanna at Menomonee Falls AutoZone. They had the correct pads from a different manufacturer on hand and just switched them out on the spot. “I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”
