“My car has been at a different shop for over a year and they still don't know what's wrong with it. I was suffering with cancer and in and out of the hospital so I did not care that the man had my car for so long. Now I'm feeling better and I had the opportunity to speak to John the Hot Shot at
FAST TIMES. He told me to bring my car in in 2 weeks and he seemed pretty confident in his speech that he's not going to have a problem getting my car back on the road again!!
THANKS JOHN!!

“I hit a very large raccoon that did a number to the bumper of my car. Calliber was great to work with. I was a little nervous as it was a claim through my insurance and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were extremely efficient, friendly and super easy to work with. The work they did was great and my car looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend!”
“Outstanding service and quality repairs. They treated us as family members. I was completely satisfied with the work they performed. The fit and finish was great and they matched the color perfectly considering my vehicle is a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee.”
“I will recommend these guys to ANYONE who needs transmission work done. They're busy, so you might have to wait, but there is a very good reason for them to be busy. They kept me informed about the work they were doing, and let me know as soon as my truck was ready. Here I am, 2 years later, I thought I was having issues with my transmission again. We set an appointment, they looked at, and gave me a good lead on what the issue might be, after it turned out to not be the transmission.”

“I couldn't tell you how blessed I was they were able to help me and what great service! I can't believe just before a holiday and such an emergency for me. They managed to get me in even before closing, they definitely didn't have to. That's dedication to helping out a customer!Seperate from that, I have also never heard such happy customers since I have been in the lobby. Every single one. Regulars and new customers. That's all the difference in the world to me.I will absolutely be coming back for so many different services in the future.Thank you so much for helping this new forever customer!”
“I had my daughters 2008 Honda Civic towed in. Adam (one of the owners) was there with me an out of town conerned father who didn’t want his daughter being taken advantage of by a mechanic. Adam was there with me most polite and thorough voice of automotove knowledge. He broke down the diagnosis and price of the job. He steered me away from parts not needed. In this day and age it’s really comforting to finally find a automotive shop with integrity, trustworthy and honest. You have gained a customer for life. Thank you for the positive experience. Great job Adam.”
“They were able to take a walk in early Saturday morning and did a fast job patching my tire, affordable, and even gave me a few extra lug nuts for my spare that I was missing. I appreciate everything!”
“I honestly never thought of Germantown WalMart for auto tires. I'm glad I went there, price was great and the service was excellent. Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car right away. Walked around the store, 45 minutes later I get a text. My car is done. Couldn't believe it. My new place to go from now on. The guys there are very friendly. Other garages will not see me anymore. Keep up the great work guys! 👍”

“These guys were informative and very friendly! They offered options based on budget and made sure to get me in asap. Left the car overnight as they had a dropbox with slips and pencils to write up what car and put keys in an envelope to slide through the door! It was very easy talking to these guys and getting my vehicle serviced the way I could afford to. Thanks guys for the hard and professional work you do! 10/10 would recommend again!”
