It's intolerable how tellers treat people that are trying to withdraw their own money. Put up with it because of Ben Maas the only example of professionalism that the Menomonee Falls bank has!

My husband needed something notarized for his pension being transferred to his IRA and he banks at BMO. There is a portion of the paperwork that lists me as a spouse so they said they wouldn’t notarize it cause they only notarize for customers. It’s not for me it’s for him! Your customer! I have been a long standing BMO customer and had to go through 3 minutes of prompts just to get someone in customer care who can't answer my question.....
