“Our Town Bank branch in Menomonee Falls is the perfect small town bank experience. I travel all over the United States and their debit card allows me to get cash without any fees. The ATM machine will ask me to approve it. I say yes, but then the bank backs those fees out. I hate paying to get my own money. Town Bank understands that. If you live close by, you should go in and see the tellers. They’re very friendly and very quickly learn who you are on a first name basis. You’re not just a number to them.”

Went to Landmark, opened an account, but when it came time to transfer my funds, they told me to go to another C.U. in Hartford, Wisconsin I immediately went back to Tri City Bank. They didn't hesitate & guided me threw everything. Now I needed help in getting my account on my phone, which I never did because I'm very old school & paranoid with the technology of today. One was a walk in, I was greeted as I walked in, and they had no problem with assisting me promptly. The second time I had an appointment, and once again, I was greeted as I walked in, and assisted in a timely matter. Most of my interactions with Associated Bank is through over the phone.
