Makes it absolutely impossible to contact or call. Needed to pick up a package & their phone automation wasnt up to date with the package & also was inquiring about purchasing shipping supplies. Strongly recommend using any other mailing service in case you need any customer service what so ever.

THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY THEY WILL BE GETTING SUED!!
