Order shows out for delivery for 3 days! no one is giving any info about the package. My business is suffering.

Notified constantly that packages are out for delivery and then not delivered. They are eventually delivered days later, but sometimes instead putting A package at the front door, it will be sat on top of the mailbox by the street. From what I can gather this facility is a horrible place to work, so maybe I can’t really blame the delivery people. FedEx pay your delivery team more money so that they will take some pride in their work. I joke the Menomonee Falls is where packages go to die!

Two packages in less than 6 hours that were “delivered” but actually were not. I was outside in my front lawn at the supposed time of delivery, so I didn’t “miss them”. This location has consistent problems with delivering any packages, and now they are just lying about delivering packages.

Is 0 Stars an option? FedEx has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! (They keep delivering packages to the wrong house in the same subdivision. We have 4 claims in a matter of 2 weeks and haven't heard a word!!!!!!)
