“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! Thank you so much for helping me save this fabulous vintage find!!!!!!”

“I've been coming to this laundromat for a long long time and I believe that it is in the best overall condition than its competitors in the city. I went and laundered my clothes a few days ago and I had a very pleasant experience here. The outside of the building was immaculate and free from clutter and garbage. Inside of the laundromat was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh. The machines were shiny and clean due to the kind and helpful elderly man. “Needed a down comforter and heated mattress pad washed and dried. I didn't have time to do it myself but left it with Janice (the attendant) to do. Both items were clean, folded and packaged in a nice zipper storage bag. All at a very fair price! I'd highly recommend either drop-off or doing laundry there as there were plenty of machines and the entire place looked clean.”
“I have a soft spot for this place as it was a staple in my childhood. To go back as an adult, brings back major feelings of nostalgia. The place is always clean and the machines rock! My laundry smells so good! However- it would be nice to ditch the quarters only method and get machines that work with the swipe of a debit card. Also- while I appreciate the little machine with individual soaps, bleaches, etc in the store, I can't tell you how many times I've put money in tere to get either some OxiClean or some dryer sheets, and nothing comes out. And there's no way to get that dollar back. Granted it's only a dollar but it's the principal. If you pay for something, no matter how small the price, you should get what you paid for.”
