Updated review..The employees remember me and items I get where they often have it ready without me having to ask. They’ve come a long way from my original review and it’s important to recognize the quality of service improvements.

I called the customer service number and requested a call from the district manager and never heard back. I waited a few weeks and experience the same customer service at the store and called the customer service line again and was told "they are not obligated to return your call" wow!

They NEVER have mine or my wives cigarettes in stock. We always have to go to another location....but this is a constant thing and it's ways one excuse after another.
