“Past reviews no longer reflect this store! There is new management as of just 3 weeks ago, and they have been absolutely incredible.
We had the pleasure of working with Rochelle on our purchase, and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. She took the time to walk us through all of the different products we were considering and helped us find the right fit for our needs.
She also explained their membership options and was truly one of the best no-pressure salespeople we’ve ever worked with. She knew more about the products and options than most people we’ve encountered at other stores, and we never felt rushed or pressured.
The store is currently in the process of resetting products and making improvements, but the new team is clearly working hard to provide an excellent customer experience and take care of everyone who walks through the door.
I highly recommend giving this store another chance and asking for Rochelle! You won’t be disappointed.”

“I’ve been to three of these stores one in Brookfield one Waukesha and this one and I have had nothing but pleasant, positive, and good experiences at each one of these locations. I want to shout out to all the owners, even though they are all different owners, but they are all really good at explaining how stuff works or if you explain to them what you might be looking for they’re really knowledgeable on what you might need I will continue being a customer for not just this store, but this company overall for the foreseeable future”
