“I am incredibly impressed with the work done by Benji and crew at Southside. My job was a small job, my rear bumper was rusting through, and needed to be replaced and painted. What we did not know at the time of the estimate that my bumper was rusted on to the frame brackets and it took extra time and parts to get the job done, and Benji did not charge me for all of the extra parts and labor.
The paint match is absolutely perfect and the team was transparent about the timeline changes. I Highly recommend Southside Body and Bike.”

They replaced my rear quarter panel and had everything completed in about a week, which is an incredibly fast turnaround for that kind of work. My only complaint is that almost every time I've tried to book an appointment online, I get a call saying that time isn't available even though it allowed me to book online. Best to schedule appointments over the phone.”

“Melvin and the rest of the crew on Saturday 2/8/25 were truly amazing. They went Above and beyond for my family, we had been stranded on the side of the road during a blizzard for over four hours. Once we got towed into the service center they had us back on the road within half an hour. They’re so accommodating as my mom is elderly and can barely walk. They pulled our vehicle up to the door so she didn’t have to walk as far. The customer service was just phenomenal from the moment I called to get prices to getting the tire replaced. Thank you!!!”
