Steven was professional and was a pleasure to work with getting our new phones. He didn't try to upsell us on any extras we didn't want or need. Great sense of humor. Store manager, Humberto was great as well. I recommend, if you need a new phone, go to this Verizon store. Not in Junction Strip Mall.
