Store manager, Humberto was great as well. I recommend, if you need a new phone, go to this Verizon store. Not in Junction Strip Mall.”
“I had spent three hours on the phone with various AT &T staff including tech support. I walked in to the store and Kristanya waited on me right away and ended up fixing and doing even more than what several other employees could not do. She was kind, smart and OUTSTANDING at her job. There was another female at the store who was also helpful. It was the BEST customer service I have EVER had from a AT&T employee.
She did so well I bought three items.

“The employees there are very helpful. I was slightly upset, I did not take it out on them. He went to bat for me and got it resolved in a half hour. Over heard them with another customer and they were very up front and honest with him as well (in a good way). I made the golden rule mistake and switched carriers to Tmobile online. I should have went into the store. I will always go to the Menomonie store if I need something. The employees seem to enjoy their job and they are well staffed. That’s hard to find these days. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I just wanted them and everyone else to know how great they are.”
