“I had a wonderful experience on June 22nd. I was looking for volleyball shoes for my daughter. We asked for her size in a pair she liked. The person working brought out those shoes and two others in her size that weren't on display so she could see those as well. It has been awhile since I've gone to a store and had someone go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was thrilled my daughter got an excellent pair of shoes and I asked the person working in the shoe department what their name was because the service was so great. He said his name was Keegan. Keegan is a fabulous employee and I'm so thankful he restored my faith in retail. It's wonderful to know there are still some people out there who really care about their customers.”
