“I started going to Machine Shed because I wanted to be part of a community, and Machine Shed's community has been priceless. I've been going there for 3 or so months now.At Machine Shed the workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and there is no general expectation of physical exertion or commitment. Come when you can, no one judges you for taking a day or even a week off, and it's ok to go light on the workouts.Some days I'm just not up for it, but I'll go to a session anyways because I know I can take it easy - and I am still respected for it despite not giving my all.Machine Shed is a fantastic gym and a wonderful community.”
