“The employees there are very helpful. I was slightly upset, I did not take it out on them. He went to bat for me and got it resolved in a half hour. Over heard them with another customer and they were very up front and honest with him as well (in a good way). I made the golden rule mistake and switched carriers to Tmobile online. I should have went into the store. I will always go to the Menomonie store if I need something. The employees seem to enjoy their job and they are well staffed. That’s hard to find these days. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I just wanted them and everyone else to know how great they are.”

Store manager, Humberto was great as well. I recommend, if you need a new phone, go to this Verizon store. Not in Junction Strip Mall.”
