“Wow! The customer service I received from Sara was exemplary. The store was busy, there were other duties and customers to attend to, carriers were picking up packages, customers were dropping off packages for carriers, and yet, I was being treated as if I was the only customer. And when I returned to the store again, I was treated with the same service. Sara assisted me with a photo project with patience, kindness, and void of a customer inconveniencing a staff. The amount of time Sara spent with me I'm sure impeded with her other diuties, but, this was not reflected in how she interacted with me. Sara deserves special recognition for providing customer service beyond any expectations. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge in her assistance to complete the photo project.
On another note, I had not shopped at Walgreens for several months and noticed the cleanliness, improved organization, and customer friendly environment.
