“I have been renting from APS for over 6 years. Long story short, very heart breaking divorce with no place to store my belongings. Not only was Tony very helpful and showed me the different units (which are excellent as far as construction and care of the entire place) but was very supportive. Just recently he asked how I was doing and said he was worried about me the first time I met him because I was in such a mess and depressed with the divorce. He was happy to see how much better I was doing and has always been quick to answer any emails or questions I have.”

“I would highly recommend this storage facility. The staff was very knowledgeable on the size that I needed and always promptly returned my messages.. You’re on a month-to-month lease so when you need to downsize to a smaller unit or up size to a bigger one, they’re always happy to accommodate. The move-in process and move out process were very easy. I like. idea of the gated access. I would give them 10 stars if I could. When or if I need to rent again, it will be with Pleasant Valley Storage.”
