Always understaffed. Noon on a Wednesday, been waiting in line as they have one teller working drive through and lobby at the same time. Word of advice....drive through gets serviced first

Came in to close an account. Teller checked with supervisor in back and I overheard the supervisor advise the teller to “make me wait”. No employees were out front and I could hear the employees in back chit chatting while I patiently waited out front.

All I want to do is exchange US$ for Euros and they will not do it because I do not have an account with them. However if I go to my bank, North Shore, they get it from Associated Bank. So then I pay double fees for both banks. Banks have become more of a hassle than helpful.
