I left Associated Bank about a year ago and had a terrible experience at the new bank. So, I'm happy to say, I should have never left and just returned to Associated Bank.

Just closed my account last week. Always understaffed. Had to wait 15 minutes to make a withdrawal and customers behind me in line left without being helped.
Most of the employees have the personality of a car crash. If you want to be ignored this is the bank for you.

Always understaffed. Noon on a Wednesday, been waiting in line as they have one teller working drive through and lobby at the same time. Word of advice....drive through gets serviced first
