I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”

“Paul was super-helpful!! I am located in Iowa and needed a heavy box of cables sent to me from Milwaukee and wanted to use Speedee delivery because they have the best rates. Paul physically unloaded the box from the sellers car (too heavy for her) and then entered all of the shipping details and the whole transaction was wrapped up within about 4-5 minutes.”

“I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”
“My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“11/19/2024: update to previous review and it's still five stars stopped in this morning and because of David the Assistant Manager, I am a return customer. He previously assisted me with self-print, and today I was able to do it on my own thanks to him. David is such an asset to this company because of the customer service he provides in a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, manner. I look forward to coming back again for printing, office supplies, and shipping.

I was greeted when I walked into the store, and he was really helpful in assisting me with some last minute self-printing. It's such a pleasure in these days and times to have someone provide actual customer service in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.”
