We recently moved into Spur 16 and had a fantastic experience. Our leasing agent Grace was extremely helpful, and efficient. We have a wonderful apartment, which was even nicer than we expected. The leasing and move in process was smooth and the first few months have been great. Super quiet and friendly neighbors. The complex is within walking distance of many restaurants, and parks. We had a minor maintenance request and Connor was there quickly and fixed the issue. Spur 16 is a great choice!

My apartment is right next to an entry vestibule, which isn’t normally a problem for noise until the building alarm goes off, and it goes off constantly. It has been going off every day (sometimes multiple times in a day) for the past 5 days and before that, it went off every day for over 2-3 weeks. It is loud and disruptive and goes off until staff turn it off, which often takes a long time, even though they get a phone alert.
To be fair, the staff has been pleasant when dealing with this issue. When I asked about it, they assured me an electrician was coming; however they did not fix the problem the first time and now we are dealing with the alarm again. They also mentioned other buildings have had the same issue.
We were also mislead on which apartment we were signing for. The apartment we moved into has a different floorplan and different amenities.
Overall, the location and tenants are great, but our experience here doesn’t reflect the luxury apartment rent that we pay.

Best of the best. If you're looking for a new place to call home, you just found it. Underground heated garage parking? They have it. Don't want to take that route? The amount of available parking is just outstanding. Let me just blow your mind....concierge services? What do you think I'm about to say? OH YES THEY DID. And that's on site concierge service. Stainless steel appliances. Front loading washer/dryer. Housesitting, pet taxi, dog walking, grocery delivery, housekeeping, services, tech-support, dry cleaning. Moving here? Might as well tell everyone you're moving into a Little slice of heaven. Lived in an apartment where you are constantly bothered by your neighbors noises? Well, don't worry about that here because this place is so insulated it's almost like you forget you have neighbors. but the neighbors that you do have are extremely sweet, nice, and courteous. I mean, could you ask for anything better than living at Spurs 16? Not to mention if you're a student at Concordia, that's only 12 minutes down the road. Pretty much anything you want or need is within a 15 minute drive. It's safe here. The safest. Oh yeah patios & balconies, got em. Apartments...AND Townhouses? They offer about 30 options of both, varying in bedrooms, sizes and bathrooms. You definitely get what you pay for. The manager is above and beyond just magnificent. She's always on site, so no more having to try to reach out to your landlord for 5 to 7 days with no response. I mean literally. I'm not gonna keep going so get ready. By the way, no one has asked me to write any of this. Been a resident here for a short time, and by the grace of God, I hope I am a resident here for a very long time. that six month lease I have for now is definitely going to be more like a six year lease. I have so much respect for all the people who do all they can to keep this place up and moving and looking so nice. When the weather is nice, you wanna do is be outside, brace yourself, but they have a communal garden. Spacious extra storage? It's here. On your floor. Garbage chutes on every floor? Definitely. Clean, extremely well-kept interior and exterior buildings and property? They don't miss a beat. Exceptionally spacious and luxurious apartments? That's all they're about. Secure entry and call box for security? Well, no doubt. Community clubhouse.....swimming pool and common area for residence to get together for a cookout, cocktail hour, watch a Packer game or just hang out? You know it. Most community oriented apartment complex you will ever come across. Maintenance issues? They are on it like white on rice. need something from the office? Leave a message if they happen to be unavailable, you better believe you're gonna call back within the hour. Sweetest front desk staff ever. Wanna work out?? They've got a year round accessible workout room including 2 Pelotons, THE real deal lucile. That was just to peak your interest. Considering this place is tat, you know they have the best quality workout machines.. and a punching bag. You're furry friends are more than welcome to cats and dogs definitely allowed. The walking trail is right there. telling you this place is beyond the best of the best. I've never felt more at home. You'll never find another like Spur 16.
Shout out to Spur 16, Brittany, Grace, the housekeeping crew, the maintenance crew, the residents, and all the other amazing wonderful people who keep this place as amazing and wonderful as it is. It is an honor to be a resident here, and I encourage anyone and everyone who is looking for somewhere to live where you can feel at peace to at least take a tour of one of the multiple options this top-notch business has to offer.

We have lived in one of the townhouses at Spur 16 for almost a year now and have really enjoyed the experience. New & modern accommodations, fantastic location, wonderful amenities, dog friendly and a walkable community. Owner & staff are available, helpful and quick to respond. It's a wonderful place for a short-term or long-term rental. Would highly recommend checking out Spur 16 in Mequon.

My husband and I have lived at Spur 16 since it first opened in Fall 2019. It has been our first home together as a married couple and we could not love it more! The accessibility to the best restaurants, coffee shops, parks, golf courses, and shopping in the area cannot be beat. We adore our apartment and we constantly get compliments from our family and friends how much they love our apartment as well. We love how beautiful the Spur grounds are and we always feel safe. We just renewed our lease which makes this year 4 we will be living at home sweet Spur. We have had nothing but an amazing experience living here and we truly will be sad to leave when it comes time to buy a house. Spur will always feel like home to us!

We have lived in one of the townhouses at Spur 16 for almost a year now and have really enjoyed the experience. Incredibly rude to me as I was looking for apartments within their complex. Slow to respond, gave conflicting and misleading information. Overall management was a headache to even begin to communicate with. When I asked about why rent hadn’t changed when all amenities were unavailable to residents, representative oddly brought up the Fair Housing Act as if that explained why they had to charge me for pool access when it was shut down.

I've lived in different buildings throughout my life, but this one is different. From the first moment of meeting the owner and reps it felt genuine and not fake or forced. They wanted to know what I was looking for and how they could help. The move-in process was seamless. The amenities are top notch. And the ownership is present and active and personally attends to issues. I've never experienced this before. The owner personally reached out to me after I moved in to make sure everything went well, that I was adjusting, that my dog was adjusting, and if there was anything she could do personally. My apartment is exceptional and I feel safe and secure at all times. Most important, though, I know if there are ever issues that they will be handled immediately and without hassle.

Amazing amenities. Amazing location. Amazing management team. Brand new everything and centered right next to the Mequon Public Market (my favorite food spot of all time). I couldn't ask for a better set up!

I am so disappointed with this experience, my family stayed at the townhomes for over a year. The townhome was advertised as “luxury” in reality the appliances gave us issues - ice maker that wouldn’t work or get service for the entire stay, cracks in the walls, poor craftsmanship. It was such a relief to move out of these apartments, avoid at all costs. Shortly after moving out an elderly lady that claims she is the owner Cindy Shaffer contacted us demanding we move small items left in the garage, nothing short of harassment - also refused to refund the deposit after paying over 50,000 dollars to the company. Stay away!
