“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”

“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”
“Move in experience was just like the easiest thing I’ve ever done tbh. Had a little issue when the movers beat me there so they had to wait a while til I got assigned an unlocked unit, but not upset bc I changed my unit size the morning of my move. Front desk had it fixed in like 30 seconds!
Place is crazy clean, huge hallways, the unit is so easy to access. Just nuts. Never used a storage facility so simple and clean like this.

“I worked with two women in the morning when I picked up the truck and they could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and supportive, as well as when returning the vehicle- I also worked with a man who was checking in trucks and he was very helpful and kind and promptly sent me a receipt just as he said he would. Moving is so stressful and to leave the store in the morning and have one of the employees that I had not worked with A lot of her way to say something very kind and friendly made the experience a little bit lighter.”

“This is the best uhaul place. I rented vans and trucks here for 6-8 times in the past 3-4 years everytime i move or every time my friends move and i have to help them. “I rented on a Sunday, when no one was in the office, and the instructions for how to check out and how to check in were very thorough with only a few minor exceptions. One, they need to specify exactly where the key drop is. And two, they need to tell you where to place the word lock when checking the truck back in. Third, the per mile charge ($.99) seems incredibly high to me, but I guess that’s a national issue.”
