“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”
“We rented a 16 foot truck and car trailer to drive from Wisconsin to Arizona. Gilly called us a few hours before we were scheduled to pick up our truck to verify our reservation and to state that he had everything ready for our arrival, which was very nice! We arrived and Gilly already had the truck hooked up to the trailer and made the whole process quick and simple. He even helped us put the tire straps we had brought (needed larger ones due to large tires of the car being towed) to ensure everything was safely done. Gilly helped get a super stressful and long road trip off to a great start, and we had no problems or issues along the way. Thanks so much for a great truck rental experience, and I will recommend that all my friends rent through you.”

“Clean storage facility but make sure that you pay before you get locked out. There were so many units that were tagged and locked out. They have carts available to use for free. There was a strong smell of pesticides which is good and bad.”

“Overall my experience was positive. The attendants and staff were professional and took great care of me. My only concern, which I shared with the attendant when returning the truck, was a faulty ramp on the back of the 15' truck I rented. Instead of remaining securely attached to the truck, my movers indicated it fell off and onto the road at the start of my move. This in turn caused some delays in the loading and unloading process because the movers had to manually adjust the ramp to get it back inside the rear of the truck. A future repair is needed.”

“I'm pretty sure I meant to leave a review for them, but I left it for their storage instead. The vehicle was nice, the employees were kind and they have over night drop offs available. You might want to double check with Enterprise before finalizing anything though especially if you have a really long drive ahead of you.”
