“From the day I purchased my vehicle here with Adam, to my recent service, this dealership and it's crew have been nothing but exceptional. I purchased my vehicle a few years back from Brickner's Park City, though it was a GM product they had in the lot, they treated me with respect and honesty. During the sale, I was pushed for an extended warranty which I declined at the time. I came back a few days later and purchased the warranty (Very glad I did) with no judgment or snarky comments for not doing so during the initial purchase of the vehicle. I found a couple of issues with the vehicle before and after the purchase and brickners was kind enough to take care of address concerns with no hassle. When I purchased the vehicle, it was in the middle of January. When summer hit and I went to turn on the AC, unfortunately the AC was not working. I called up Brickner's and let them know the issue and that I had a warranty. They were able to get me in fast and address the problem. The warranty was able to cover about 95% of the costs, that's when Brickner's honored to cover the remaining costs minus the deductible due to me having purchased the vehicle in January and they wouldn't have known the AC wasn't working until it was used next. To me that was great and honorable business. .... Fast track to a few weeks ago, I took my vehicle back again with issues that are still covered under warranty. Stephanie & Mitch in the service department were a great pleasure to work with in getting my vehicle fixed. They were able to work with the warranty company in showing a proper diagnosis was executed to prove that there was infact an issue with the vehicle. The entire time my vehicle was in Brickner's possession I was updated with the current process and time frame of when I could expect it back. .. Mitch even reached out to me on other questions to make sure there was no other issues I would like address at that time.
To me, this company over achieved customer satisfaction in ensuring that the vehicle they sell to a customer is a great reliable vehicle and that it remains as such for the customer.”
