They made it painless on my end and took care of everything from the insurance, the rental vehicle to keeping me updated every step on the progress of my vehicle. Everything was on track and I was happy with the work completed so quickly. They even cleaned the inside before giving it back and as a working mom busy and always on the run, that was amazing.”
“From the day I purchased my vehicle here with Adam, to my recent service, this dealership and it's crew have been nothing but exceptional. I purchased my vehicle a few years back from Brickner's Park City, though it was a GM product they had in the lot, they treated me with respect and honesty. During the sale, I was pushed for an extended warranty which I declined at the time. I came back a few days later and purchased the warranty (Very glad I did) with no judgment or snarky comments for not doing so during the initial purchase of the vehicle. I found a couple of issues with the vehicle before and after the purchase and brickners was kind enough to take care of address concerns with no hassle. When I purchased the vehicle, it was in the middle of January. When summer hit and I went to turn on the AC, unfortunately the AC was not working. I called up Brickner's and let them know the issue and that I had a warranty. They were able to get me in fast and address the problem. The warranty was able to cover about 95% of the costs, that's when Brickner's honored to cover the remaining costs minus the deductible due to me having purchased the vehicle in January and they wouldn't have known the AC wasn't working until it was used next. To me that was great and honorable business. .... Fast track to a few weeks ago, I took my vehicle back again with issues that are still covered under warranty. Stephanie & Mitch in the service department were a great pleasure to work with in getting my vehicle fixed. They were able to work with the warranty company in showing a proper diagnosis was executed to prove that there was infact an issue with the vehicle. The entire time my vehicle was in Brickner's possession I was updated with the current process and time frame of when I could expect it back. .. Mitch even reached out to me on other questions to make sure there was no other issues I would like address at that time.
To me, this company over achieved customer satisfaction in ensuring that the vehicle they sell to a customer is a great reliable vehicle and that it remains as such for the customer.”

They also fixed a sway bar link that broke on me a couple weeks prior and didn't charge me for it. I really appreciate the work they do and their fair pricing!”
“I called Gold Medal to get some work done on my Neo enclosed snowmobile trailer and spoke with Casey in service. Casey didn’t waste any time and got right to it, I had a door fixed, some lights and some other miscellaneous things. Very prompt service from start to finish along with professional customer service at a fair price. All those things are hard to come by these days at a business, but Gold Medal did it. I’ll definitely be using these guys in the future. Highly recommend.”

“If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would! My car’s entire system started failing and shutting down. I barely made it into O’ Reilly’s parking lot at around 2pm and my car wouldn’t start again. This awesome lady that worked there pulled her own car around to jump my car, then tested the alternator and found that I needed a new one. I had no idea where to take it and needed to be somewhere important by 5pm. She said I could try Northside Auto and ask for Josh. I drove there, turned the car off and then realized they were closed and I was now stranded in their parking lot.I was about to panic when a guy pulled into the parking lot and said he was about to head out and forgot his wallet. It turned out to be Josh. He asked me if I would like the alternator fixed right now! He priced it, ordered it and had it delivered in 15 minutes and told me to give him 1 1/2 hours. He had it done in 45 minutes and gave me a discount from the original price quote. Josh was making miracles happen and fast… it’s been 6 months since and my car is running fantastic! Josh is amazing and I would definitely recommend this shop for all of your car’s services. To this day, I am very thankful that Josh was there to save our day!”
