“Not enough stars to give. I was traveling through town headed to the north woods with sxs on a trailer two kids and camping gear to the max when mile wheel bearing went and made it off the interstate with sheer luck of being close by West side. Only it was 4:45 and closing time was near. Two days before July fourth. I called and made my plight and although I was a perfect stranger from two hours away with highly unlikely odds of repeat business just given the distance, I was granted a repair with 3 of the best guys staying late to help me and my kids get back to our vacation. And I wasn’t just helped. I was treated like a friend. Of course I was stranded, late entering the night and had to request a few other accommodations most places wouldn’t never even consider, so I was expecting at first that if I found a place to take me that night it would cost a fortune being I was totally over a barrel but NOT here. The price was so fair I still had enough to do the right thing and tip appropriately. (Always tip your go to mechanic)
Whether you live in or around Wausau or know someone who does, forget about looking anywhere else for a quality fast reasonable auto repair shop ran by the finest of decent people. Wish I lived in Wausau just to have all my car work done or hell, even just stop by and chat with such fine folks. Wish I’d have gotten names only because I can’t remember the last time I met a stranger that impressed me like this crew. World needs more of ya!”

“My son researched this out and recommended it to us and I did a little more research. I was going to have somebody either paint or spray on that rubberized coating on the bottom of my truck and also my wife's Lincoln MKC. That's somewhere between a thousand bucks and $1,500. This is $160. Once a year. So it might take 9 or 10 years for me to pay as much as I would have otherwise. And yet, I'm getting fresh protection each year and there is some evidence to suggest that this actually will do a better job, it does not trap moisture under the paint or the rubberized coating.
Also, they were very friendly and helpful, they did recommend getting these salt eliminator wash, but didn't necessarily push the wax. Seemed that they were being honest and trying to do what was really needed for my car.”

“I've had several chips repaired by Glass on Wheels in the past. They are so fast and reasonably priced. Recently, I needed a total windshield replacement. Glass on Wheels coordinated with Rod's Towing, and worked with my insurance on my behalf, making a messy/scary situation as painless and easy as possible for me. They even cleaned up all the broken glass from the interior of my vehicle. The windshield replacement itself looks to be expertly done and they finished the job a day early. I could not be happier with the service I received. The office pup Daisy is also a bonus!”

I 100% recommend them for both your oil changes and general repairs. If they do not have the capacity to perform a specific service, they will get you to the correct place to get it done.”

“I cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance we received, particularly from Whitney. We are from Chicago and had been stranded (with our brand new Tucson) in Copper Harbor, MI on a Saturday afternoon. This was the nearest Hyundai dealership, so it was where Hyundai Roadside Assistance was able to arrange to tow our vehicle for repairs the following Monday. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but Whitney kept us updated and advised us to request (through Hyundai customer support) to get our vehicle transported to the dealership nearest to us. She just saved us a ten-hour round trip to retrieve it with either a rental or a borrowed vehicle. If it weren't for her help, I'd STILL be trying to figure out how we were getting back up there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the service department at Kocourek.”
