“I have lived in a lot of different places, and the Merrill Post Office is by far the best post office I have ever dealt with. The staff inside is always friendly, accommodating, and willing to help whenever I need something. They make everything easy, and I genuinely enjoy going in there and seeing everyone.
I do a lot of shipping for my store, and they are always willing to help me with my packages and make the whole process easier. Christina especially has gone above and beyond for me several times, whether it was helping me track down lost or missing packages, making sure all of my packages were scanned, or helping me figure out an issue. She has always taken the time to help instead of making me feel like an inconvenience.
Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with the Merrill Post Office. I appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone has been. It really does make a difference, and I appreciate everything they do.”
