They showed us the trick of the 3 sec start button (saved us confusion and a lookup in the manual), tested the first run and cleaned up after. Super efficient with removing the old washer and installing the new one!”
“Couldn’t ask for better service! Dave helped me find an obscure part for a small vacuum cleaner that’s now out of production, even though it was the first of 10 different models for that vacuum. Helped me repair of the part that I had inadvertently broken using an aftermarket bag that did not fit the vacuum cleaner properly. Altogether saved me a ton of money and they did it very cheerfully.”

“We had an amazing recent experience at Best Buy West Madison! My husband tried to install a tv that we purchased a couple of weeks ago, however the tv wasn’t working properly. We were a bit frustrated after the installation, but we went back to the store to talk to the sales person Alfredo and his manager. They were so helpful, and offered to send Vince (senior tech) to our home the same day! We ended up getting a new tv 2 days later, without any hassle. Alfredo, the manager and Vince made our experience so pleasant. I will always recommend that store to anyone!”
