“I recently bought a new washing machine from the East side (Stoughton Road) location. Due to disability I could not visit in person. I did research online and found the prices to be competitive. The sales rep, Dale, was excellent: courteous, patient with my questions and repeated calls, informed. The delivery team was also excellent: on time, very courteous, had the relevant expertise, and completed the job quickly without any damage to the house or stairs. I purchased the extended warranty so will have to see how they will perform if repairs are needed. But I won't have that information for a few years if at all. In the meantime, my purchase and installation experience were great.”
“Couldn’t ask for better service! Dave helped me find an obscure part for a small vacuum cleaner that’s now out of production, even though it was the first of 10 different models for that vacuum. Helped me repair of the part that I had inadvertently broken using an aftermarket bag that did not fit the vacuum cleaner properly. Altogether saved me a ton of money and they did it very cheerfully.”

“I have worked with them in the past (about 5 years ago) got a tv and PlayStation. Service has always been great and helped my credit a TON. I went yesterday and got a new washer and dryer. I worked with Becky Jo :) who was AMAZING and honestly had a wonderful time with great conversation. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I wanted as well as made sure it got delivered SAME DAY. She also was the same one who came brought it in, hooked it up and made sure it worked properly. Definitely recommend the gammon rd store and work with Becky Jo.”

“Went in to get a generator, and Chris from gardening came from out of nowhere, unlocked the cage, and helped us put the generator on the cart, took it to the front and helped us put it in the car. He was so sweet and kind and aided us the entire time. The store was clean and the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend!”

“I have had my house for 61 years. In all that time, I have never experienced such careful delivery people as Jairo R. and Jose M. Yesterday, I received delivery of my new refrigerator. To make sure it fit in perfectly, they removed the bolts from my kitchen-to-garage door, then narrowed the overall size by waltzing it in sideways with the freezer/fridge doors open to the side, to make a smaller overall width. In so doing, they removed the chances of damage. They proceeded in all things very expertly, and balanced the fridge so the doors are velvety smooth when they close. I hope my new GE fridge is as good a the delivery people: detailed, skillful, hard-working, and going the extra distance for customer satisfaction. Thanks, Jairo! Thanks Jose! And applause to Main Appliance for hiring and training workers who go the distance.”
