“Couldn’t ask for better service! Dave helped me find an obscure part for a small vacuum cleaner that’s now out of production, even though it was the first of 10 different models for that vacuum. Helped me repair of the part that I had inadvertently broken using an aftermarket bag that did not fit the vacuum cleaner properly. Altogether saved me a ton of money and they did it very cheerfully.”
“I recently bought a new washing machine from the East side (Stoughton Road) location. Due to disability I could not visit in person. I did research online and found the prices to be competitive. The sales rep, Dale, was excellent: courteous, patient with my questions and repeated calls, informed. The delivery team was also excellent: on time, very courteous, had the relevant expertise, and completed the job quickly without any damage to the house or stairs. I purchased the extended warranty so will have to see how they will perform if repairs are needed. But I won't have that information for a few years if at all. In the meantime, my purchase and installation experience were great.”

“This is a long overdue THANK YOU to the appliance specialist Cathy Kruschke at this Home Depot who provided outstanding help with every step of our purchasing a new washer and and new dryer for a home we were moving to in another part of the state. First of all, she helped us with our selections as she was extremely knowledgeable about all the countless features of their washers and dryers and answered every question we could come up with, which really helped us with our decisions. Then she took excellent care of every little detail of the sale, as well as arranging for the delivery, and she offered additional helpful information that made that day and later on when we moved all so smooth. On top of that Cathy was really pleasant to work with which made the grueling task of purchasing big appliances much more enjoyable :) Now my husband and I are settled into our new home and extremely happy with the washer and dryer that Cathy assisted us with - and the delivery and setup provided from the Hudson WI Home Depot went perfectly well too, thanks to Cathy arranging it all.

“The install technicians were very pleasant, friendly, and professional; they made sure that all hoses were secured in place and the washer worked with no leaks. They showed us the trick of the 3 sec start button (saved us confusion and a lookup in the manual), tested the first run and cleaned up after. Super efficient with removing the old washer and installing the new one!”
