The store is very pretty, organized, and clean. and If they don’t have something in stock, a friendly associate will help you order it from their store and you get free shipping to your home. I highly recommend shopping at Lands’ End in Middleton!”

“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”
