“Staff are very nice. Quality clothes. Get the app for deals. Knocked off 1 star because some of the men's clothing items were not restocked (went on a Sunday morning-so likely the Saturday crowd bought a ton of items).”
“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”

“I rarely write reviews, but Ashley, the store manager working on 8/16/26, absolutely deserves to be recognized. From the moment my husband and I arrived until the moment we left, Ashley provided exceptional service. She greeted us warmly, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us, including checking the back for additional sizes. What stood out to me even more was seeing the way she supported her team. While providing us with excellent service, she was also taking the time to guide and educate a coworker who needed her assistance. Watching her balance both customer service and leadership was truly impressive. Ashley turned what would have been a quick shopping trip into an outstanding experience. Her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and leadership are exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. I sincerely hope her dedication, leadership, and exceptional service are recognized by the company. She absolutely deserves it.”

“The East location has such friendly employees! And nobody makes me feel guilty for a big return! ?. Plus, last time I checked, Old Navy doesn't fund fascist dictators, so I prefer to shop here no matter what. This just happens to be a superb location.”
