Gunderson's Aftercare service to assist with analyzing needs and helping with necessary notifications and appointments was a virtual godsend. I immediately felt that I could trust the Aftercare Specialist, Faye Peterson, to advise and do the heavy lifting on things like notifying credit cards and insurances. Faye also sent an email summary after each conversation which was extremely helpful at a time when it was difficult to concentrate on details.
